COUNT ENERGY TRADING and WF Recycle-Tech Sign Letter of Intent for Tyre Pyrolysis Oil Supply

WF RECYCLE-TECH is pleased to confirm that we have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with COUNT ENERGY TRADING (COUNT CET) for the supply of tyre pyrolysis oil sourced from WF RECYCLE-TECH's innovative production systems. This LOI underscores the growing relationship between WF and COUNT CET, highlighting a shared commitment to sustainability. This marks a timely milestone for WF RECYCLE-TECH, as it advances toward commercialising its systems, with the first operation scheduled for 2025.

COUNT ENERGY TRADING, an independent trading entity within The COUNT Group, renowned for its expertise in petrochemicals and reliable commodity trading in Energy and Renewables Markets, reinforces this alignment of sustainable values. Reflecting on this next stride toward a collaboration between COUNT CET and WF, Simon Housecroft, ESG Manager at COUNT commented, “We are excited to be part of WF Recycle-Tech's drive towards a more sustainable future. We believe their technology will play a major role in utilising waste tyres and, in turn reducing the dependency on crude oil.”

Paul Neville, Managing Director of WF Recycle-Tech, stated, “This is a significant step forward for WF and a validation of the TPO specification we’ve produced on our first-generation system to date. COUNT and WF have similar sustainability goals and we are keen to work with them and continue to create markets for our system’s renewable products.”
