BASF Visit WF Recycle-Tech Site

WF RECYCLE-TECH were pleased to welcome Lucas Quintanilha from BASF down to the site of its first-generation system in November 2022. Lucas witnessed the fully operational system run and reviewed the samples of WF RECYCLE-TECH tyre derived oil and raw recovered carbon black taken from the days run. Managing Director, Paul Neville (pictured on the right in the adjacent photo with Lucas Quintanilha on the left), guided Lucas round the system explaining the fundamentals of WF RECYCLE-TECH’s patented process. Paul had this to say: “The key highlight was being able to show Lucas the outputs we produce first hand, including the unique nature of our raw recovered carbon black. Its dry, fluffy and powdery feel is testament to the overall low particle size of the material which provides for a very good dispersion and in rubber performance.”
